Attorney Abraham Kleinman is the Principal of Kleinman LLC which was formed in 2007.

Since 1999, Abraham Kleinman has conducted litigation in both Federal and New York State Courts concentrating in the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Funds Transfer Act and New York State Deceptive Practices Act.



Abraham Kleinman has utilized recent and evolving caselaw concerning Mortgage Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS) in tandem with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to favorably assist consumers who have received notices from mortgage servicers or debt collection attorneys who improperly seek to initiate the foreclosure process on behalf of entities who do not have legal standing to foreclosure.
